How customers enroll in TropiCarga SMS notifications
TropiCarga is a registered trade name of D&T MULTISERVICES LLC.
TropiCarga shipment registrations are completed in person by an authorized TropiCarga agent.
During shipment registration, the agent requests the customer’s mobile phone number and asks whether the customer wishes to receive SMS notifications related exclusively to the status of the shipment.
SMS notifications are optional and are not required to use TropiCarga services. Only customers who explicitly consent are enrolled in the SMS notification program.
Messages may include shipment processing, in-transit updates, customs status, out-for-delivery notifications, and delivery confirmations. This SMS program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies depending on shipment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
